If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days, please contact us at support@manefect.com. Our team will assist you with the return procedure and, upon approval, you will receive a full refund of your order amount. 

EXTENDED 180-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY (6-MONTH SUPPLY) 

By selecting our 6-month supply, you are automatically eligible for an extended 180-day return and refund policy. This allows you to use the products throughout the entire period and, if you’re not completely satisfied, still return them for a full refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Contact us at support@manefect.com to request your return.

3. Once your return is received, we'll inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 buisness days.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as Manefect is not responsible for itmes lost or damaged
