Billing Terms and Conditions

These Subscription & Billing Terms (“Billing Terms”) govern all purchases, subscriptions, and recurring billing arrangements made through MANEFECT (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Billing Terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscription Programs
Some of our products may be offered as subscription-based purchases. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive products on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.
Subscriptions may include different bundle durations (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month supply), depending on the offer selected.
2. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further approval for each renewal.
3. Billing and Payment
All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
You will be charged at the time of purchase and on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription plan.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to promptly update any changes. If your payment method cannot be charged, we may attempt to process the payment again, request updated payment details, or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully completed.
We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our payment providers to store your payment method and charge your selected payment method for all current, recurring, and future charges associated with your subscription, including any applicable taxes and fees.
4. Subscription Management & Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via:
- the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email, or
- by contacting us at support@manefect.com
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
If cancellation occurs after a charge has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled.
5. Refunds for Subscription Orders
All subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of subscription-based fulfillment:
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription products.

6. Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, we may:
- retry the charge using the same payment method,
- notify you to update your payment details, or
- suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is received.
We are not responsible for any delays or missed shipments due to failed payments.
7. Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance where required by applicable law.
Continued use of the subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders are shipped according to the selected delivery schedule.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, logistics, and product availability.
9. Payment Authorization
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MANEFECT to:
- store your payment method securely, and
- charge your payment method automatically for all recurring orders
until you cancel your subscription.
